Corporate Catering London

London bacon bap

This morning we are on a wharf in the east end of London on the banks of the Thames.London-bacon-bap We have been asked to provide corporate catering in London a brunch for around eighty guests for a presentation morning for a national freight rail company.
It was a very early start as we wanted to beat the rush hour traffic so we were on the road for about 5:00am and hoping to be on site for about 6:30am. Corporate catering in London is fine as long as you give yourself plenty of time to get there and don’t leave things until the last minute…. It’s all about planning well ahead and making sure you have a game plan well in advance of the event and then everything all goes well
The traffic was very light and we were well ahead of ourselves so arrived very early and had a nice cuppa in the van while we waited for the organisers to arrive.
We set up our equipment in the marquee that was provided for the event and started cooking the bacon and sausages for the arrival brunch. This was being served with fresh coffee and tea.
As the guests arrived, the aroma of the bacon and sausages was engulfing the wharf and everyone was making a bee line for the catering tent to tuck into a lovely hot bacon roll and a nice warm cuppa.
The presentation was about an hour long and then we provided more hot coffee, teas and a selection of Danish pastries, warm croissants and a fruit platter for the guests as they talked about the meeting.
